Information about Products
While pictures of our products are displayed on our website, we do not guarantee that the color of our products matches exactly the color of the picture shown on your computer due to the difference of pixels in your computer.
To get information about placing an order visit our shopping pages. When you place an order, you will first receive an email of acknowledgement. If we accept your order, you will receive a confirmation email (Dispatch Confirmation). In case, we are unable to supply you with the requested product, we will inform you by email. You will be paid back the full amount as soon as possible if you have already paid for the product.
Changes in Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are changed occasionally. To look for any change in the terms and conditions look at the top of this page. The terms effective at the time of your order always apply.
You have the right to cancel the order only before you receive the confirmation email (Dispatch Confirmation) that confirms that the order has been dispatched. If the you cancel the order after you have received the confirmation email (Dispatch Confirmation), you will have to return the product in its original condition within 7 days after the receiving date. Otherwise, we will not refund any sums to you.
Return and Refund
You also have the right to return the order if there is an error in the order e.g. the size is not the same as ordered. You can return the order only within 14 days after the receiving date. To do so, you will have to fill up a form and state the error in the order. You will then send this form to us along with the product. The form will be available to you at out website
We deliver to you the requested order within 28 days after the date of Dispatch Confirmation. If we fail to deliver the order within 28 days, you will have the right to cancel your order. Somehow, if you receive the product after cancellation, you will return (at our cost) or allow us to collect the order from you. If you do not wish to cancel the order, you may give us a new deadline.
If you order for an international delivery, we will not pay for or can predict the Duty and Import taxes on it. You as a consumer will be responsible to comply with the laws of the country where we deliver. We will also not be responsible if you break the law of the country.
Pricing and Delivery Charges
The price that will apply to your order will be the price displayed on the website at the time you submit your order. Although, we make all possible efforts that the price mentioned on the site is correct, yet there is a chance of incorrect display of price.

You can pay for the order only through debit or credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.
When are We Liable to You?
We are liable to you only for the loss that results from our obvious breach of these terms and conditions. Please note that we will not be responsible if we fail to meet our responsibilities due to ungovernable events i.e. any natural disaster, terrorist act or failure of telecommunication networks etc. However, you do have right to cancel your order if such an event continues for 42 days. If you cancel an order, you are to return us the order if you receive it. Only then, we will refund you the money you have already paid.
We will be liable to you for:
(a) any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession);
(b) any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and
(c) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
- If any relevant authority declares a part of these terms as unlawful, the remaining terms and conditions will remain completely effective.
- We have the right to transfer to our rights and obligations to some other party given that your rights will remain unaffected. But you have no right to transfer your rights to a third party.
