Eligibility

You may return or exchange any item purchased from FASHIONi within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and free from damage, stains, or any other signs of wear.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at customercare@fashioni.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are free of charge. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any bank fees that may apply.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team at customercare@fashioni.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges, provided that the item is approved for return or exchange. However, we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other fees that may apply to international shipments.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
